Kimberbell Machine Embroidery by Number: “Spring” Tulip
- Sewing Machine
-E mbroidery Unit
- Power cord
- Embroidery Foot
- Kimberbell Machine by number Spring CD: Tulip with size medium loaded on a USB stick
- Hoop: 6 x 10 or 8 x 8 (Embroidery Field Needed: 5.69” x 5.95”)
- Stabilizer: Cut-away
- Applique scissors and Embroidery Scissors
- Bobbins
- Size 90 Embroidery needles
- Usual Embroidery Sewing supplies
- Threads: Bring a few different colors that match your fabrics (I used white for all the appliqué stitching as well as the quilting. (Have you tried the Wonderfil Invisafil Thread for Quilting- its awesome!)
- Kimberbell Paper Tape (Above and Beyond stocks it)
- Clover Fabric Folding Pen (Above and Beyond stocks it)
-Batting: 8 x 8”
Please have all fabrics cut before class

Cut (2) 8 x 8” (outside backing pieces)
(4) 7 x 1 1/2” (border pieces)
Fabric B:
Cut (2) 3 1/2 x 2” (background pieces)
(2) 3 1/2 x 2 1/2” (background pieces)
(2) 5 x 3” (background pieces)
(4) 5 x 2 1/2” (background pieces)
Fabrics C: Tulip
Cut (2) 3 1/2 x 2 1/2”
(1) 4 1/2 x 3”
Fabric D: Leaves
Cut (2) 4 1/2 x 1 1/2”
- Ribbon Loops: (2) 2” pieces of 3/8 inch ribbon
