After Hours Technical Support
Technical support is available after hours on a limited basis to those who purchased their machines at Above and Beyond Creative Sewing.
Call Ron's cell phone at 845-548-3273 only if the store is closed, between the hours of 7am and 11pm. We will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible. Due to cell phone limitations, there may be unannounced blackout periods. You are not entitled to on site or in store service at no charge if the store is closed even if the required service is covered by warranty. If you require such service there is a $100.00 fee. There is no guarantee that such service is available.
